How does billing work?
Both iOS and Web apps offer the same pricing: monthly ($19.99/mo) and annual ($16.66/mo billed as $200/year) subscription options. All plans include unlimited access to features.
Can I use my subscription on both iOS and Web?
Subscriptions are platform-specific. An iOS subscription only works on the iOS app, and a Web subscription only works on the web app. They cannot be transferred between platforms.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. iOS subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID settings. Web subscriptions can be cancelled in your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
Which plan is right for me?
If you have an iPhone or iPad and want the full experience including AR mode, go with the iOS app. If you're on Android or prefer browser access, the web app is perfect. Both have the same pricing and core features.
Do you offer refunds?
iOS refunds are handled by Apple through their standard refund process. For web app subscriptions, contact us within 7 days if you're not satisfied.
